Returns & Refunds Policy
We operate a returns process that complies with UK consumer legislation. Your rights differ depending on whether you are returning goods because you changed your mind or because the goods are faulty.
A. Statutory Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to Cancel Notify us clearly within the 14-day period (e.g., by email — see Section 15).
Returning the Item
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle and inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary and results in diminished value, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund:
• The full price paid for the product(s)
• The basic cost of delivery (if charged)
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
B. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your rights include:
• A 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund
• A right to a repair or replacement if a fault develops within the first 6 months
(It is presumed the fault existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise.)
• A refund if repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful
How to report an issue
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (helpful but not mandatory)
Incorrect items
If we send the wrong product, size, or design, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund,
including reasonable return postage if requested.
These rights are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.C. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Items returned after the 14-day cancellation window, unless faulty
This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods.
