1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or making a purchase from Flawless & Beyond (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use our website or make a purchase.
By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Products
We sell merchandise related to the Flawless & Beyond YouTube channel.
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, and information; however, colours, materials, and sizing may vary slightly due to device settings, manufacturing processes, or supplier variations.
We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors in product information.
You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.
All payments must be authorised and valid at the time of purchase.
Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from the UK.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–7 business days.
Processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or for high-demand items.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on destination and the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person you nominate to receive them.
If you choose to use your own courier, risk passes when the goods are handed to that courier.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
We operate a returns process that complies with UK consumer legislation. Your rights differ depending on whether you are returning goods because you changed your mind or because the goods are faulty.
A. Statutory Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to Cancel
Notify us clearly within the 14-day period (e.g., by email — see Section 15).
Returning the Item
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle and inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary and results in diminished value, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund:
- The full price paid for the product(s)
- The basic cost of delivery (if charged)
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
B. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your rights include:
- A 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund
- A right to a repair or replacement if a fault develops within the first 6 months
(It is presumed the fault existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise.) - A refund if repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful
How to report an issue
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:
• Your order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (helpful but not mandatory)
Incorrect items
If we send the wrong product, size, or design, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage if requested.
These rights are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.
C. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Items returned after the 14-day cancellation window, unless faulty
This does not affect your rights regarding faulty goods.
7. International Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not control or estimate customs costs.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, images, and product designs belong to Flawless & Beyond unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or products for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our services
- Using content or products without permission
- Harassing or abusing staff or customers
- Using automated bots or scraping tools without authorisation

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, safety, or policies.
Use of third-party services (e.g., payment processors) is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
A. General Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.
Our total liability for any direct loss relating to your purchase will not exceed the price paid for the applicable product(s), except where this would limit or remove your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
B. Mandatory Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability
